2024 ARMA Excellence in Asphalt Roofing Award – Gold Winner
Dennis General Contractor is proud to be recognized with the 2024 ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association) Gold Excellence in Asphalt Roofing Award for our Fleshman Creek residential roofing project.
This national award recognizes outstanding asphalt roofing projects that demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship, technical expertise, and quality installation.
Award-Winning Craftsmanship
The Fleshman Creek project presented several unique challenges. During the reroof, our team discovered extensive deteriorated roof sheathing that required complete replacement before the new roofing system could be installed.
To ensure long-term performance, we:
- Replaced the entire roof deck where needed
- Installed custom-bent valley metal to accommodate multiple roof pitches
- Selected Malarkey Legacy® shingles in Black Oak for superior hail and wind resistance
- Delivered a premium roofing system that balanced long-term durability with the homeowner’s budget
Every detail of this project reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, attention to detail, and building roofing systems designed for Montana’s challenging weather conditions.
National Recognition
Receiving a Gold ARMA Excellence in Asphalt Roofing Award is a tremendous honor because it recognizes more than a finished roof—it recognizes the planning, installation techniques, product selection, and craftsmanship that go into creating an exceptional roofing system.
While we’re incredibly proud of this project, our goal is simple:
Bring this same award-winning level of quality to every home we work on.
Brava Award
With a continued commitment to excellence, Brava recognizes and honors the outstanding work of contractors who have transformed forty winning properties, both homes and commercial spaces, using a range of Brava synthetic roofing materials. The winning projects were selected based on their exceptional quality of installation, aesthetic impact, and ability to enhance the overall appeal of the structures.
