Andy has been actively involved in wild sheep conservation efforts and has supported projects that directly contribute to habitat enhancement, wildlife management, and the long-term sustainability of North America’s wild sheep populations. Through his involvement with conservation organizations, industry partners, and initiatives such as KUIU Conservation Direct, he has helped raise awareness of the critical connection between hunters and conservation funding. Whether participating in wildlife projects, advocating for science-based conservation, or sharing the stories that inspire others to get involved, Andy believes hunters play a vital role in protecting wildlife and preserving our outdoor heritage. Today, he continues to combine his passion for conservation, business, and the outdoors while helping build partnerships, support conservation initiatives, and strengthen the future of North American hunting and wildlife management.

Michaela

Michaela is DGC’s Estimator and is responsible for preparing accurate estimates for each project. She enjoys the variety the role offers and appreciates that there is always something new to learn in the construction industry.Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, cooking, baking, and spending time with her two cats.

Elliot

I’m a sixth-generation Montanan, raised on a ranch just outside Bozeman. With nearly nine years in the roofing and construction industry, I’ve built my career around hard work, honest communication, and finding the right solution for every customer.

I believe not every problem needs to be solved with a complete replacement or the most expensive option. Whenever possible, I look for simple, practical, and cost-effective solutions that address the problem without doing more work than necessary. My goal is to help customers make informed decisions and find the best solution for their home—not simply sell them a bigger project.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and proud dad of two. I enjoy spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, boating, and making the most of everything Montana has to offer.

What I enjoy most about this business is meeting new people and helping them solve their construction challenges. I take pride in doing the job right, finding solutions that make sense, and treating every customer’s home like it’s my own.

Amiya

As a proud Montana native and Montana State University graduate, Amiya has a deep appreciation for the community that makes this state such a special place to call home. She has always been a people person who genuinely enjoys building relationships, connecting with others, and finding ways to help wherever she can. Amiya’s professional background in consulting and project management has given her the opportunity to bring those qualities into her work. She found her way into the construction industry and quickly discovered how much she enjoys it – more than she ever expected! Amiya loves the combination of people, teamwork, problem-solving, and seeing a project come together from beginning to end. Being part of an industry that is so relationship-driven and has a tangible impact on the communities around her has been especially rewarding.

Outside of work, Amiya enjoys cooking, baking, reading, hiking, skiing, exploring good coffee, being in the gym, spending as much time outdoors as possible, and volunteering. Whether she is exploring a new trail, hosting a dinner with friends and family, diving into a good book, or trying something new, Amiya loves connecting with people and making the most of everything Montana has to offer.
